Privacy Policy

This policy explains what FastWisely collects and why. Plain-language summary: we collect very little.

Information you give us

• Quiz email and answers: stored in our database (hosted on Cloudflare) so we can show and later send your plan.
• Contact form: your name, email and message, used only to reply.

Abuse prevention

To limit spam, we keep a one-way hash of your IP address for up to 24 hours when you submit a form. We never store the raw IP address.

Information kept on your device

Fasting timer history and your latest quiz results are saved in your browser's local storage and are never sent to us. You can clear them at any time through your browser settings.

What we don't do

• We don't run ads or ad trackers.
• We don't sell or rent your personal information.
• We don't use third-party analytics in this version.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your email or messages through the contact page.

Health information

Answers like weight and sleep are used only to generate your plan. FastWisely is not a healthcare provider and is not covered by HIPAA.
